Warriors Way is a nonprofit recreational therapy organizationthat provides free services in the form of knife making Classes to Veterans, First Responders and Youth. We also have Donation based classes for those that do not qualify for free classes
Warriors Way offers Knife making Classes as our form of recreational therapy, Forging a knife is therapeutic because it offers meditative and hands on experience. The repetitive process of heating, shaping, and refining the metal allows for deep focus, helping to clear the mind of distractions. The rhythmic hammering and the physicality of working with the steel is calming and grounding, promoting a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction as you shape a functional knife from raw metal. It’s a creative outlet that fosters a sense of connection to tradition and craftsmanship, providing a break from the fast-paced, digital world. The tangible result of a well-made knife further reinforces the therapeutic value of this craft.
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Warriors Way is proud to partner with dedicated organizations through our Community Partner Sponsor program.
These organizations have committed to making a monthly donation for a period of three years, ensuring long-term impact and stability for the veterans, first responders, and youth we serve. Their ongoing support helps us grow our programs, maintain our new facility, and continue providing life-changing recreational therapy opportunities across our region.
Warriors Way is growing — and with that growth comes a greater responsibility to ensure long-term stability for the programs our veterans, first responders, and youth depend on. By bringing on Community Partner Sponsors, we’re building a reliable foundation of monthly support that allows us to plan ahead, expand services, and keep our programming affordable or free for those who need it most.
This isn’t just about funding — it’s about partnership. Our community sponsors are more than donors; they’re part of the mission. Their commitment helps us stay focused on what matters: changing lives through hands-on healing and mentorship
Monthly sponsor donations go directly into Warriors Way’s General Operating Fund, which supports:
Additionally, 10% of all sponsor contributions are designated for our building fund, ensuring we can sustain and improve our facility for generations to come.
At Warriors Way, our passion is helping veterans, first responders, and youth heal and grow through purpose-driven, hands-on experiences. But like any nonprofit, constant fundraising pulls time and energy away from the mission.
That’s why monthly commitments from our Community Partner Sponsors are so important. They give us the financial stability to stop chasing donations and start focusing entirely on what matters: mentoring kids, supporting our veterans, and growing a stronger, more connected community.
When funding is predictable, our impact becomes unstoppable.
Every dollar given. Every month committed. Every name on our sponsor wall — it all adds up to real change.
Because of community partners like you:
This isn’t just charity — it’s legacy. It’s your business standing tall for those who’ve served, those who protect, and the next generation growing up in your community.
When you become a Community Partner Sponsor, you're not just funding a program. You're helping change lives — one hammer strike, one arrow, one moment at a time.
